Our Policy
All of our products are made to order so please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to be completed. We will let you know as soon as your order has shipped! We do not allow for returns as each product is made for the customer ordering! If you have any questions/concerns about our terms and conditions please reach out to us via email and we would love to take care of you!
Custom Orders
Custom orders can be placed via the website or by emailing us at brokebcustoms2024@gmail.com. With our custom orders please allow for 5-7 business days for the design to be made. Upon design completion the customer will receive a proof to approve before the design is printed. For large orders please allow for ample time to complete the order and get it shipped! Shipping for larger orders will be more than our flat rate shipping price and will be calculated for the customer and sent along with the proof of the product. No order is too big or too small! Let us make your custom design come to life!
Custom Shipping
If the customer would not like the product to be shipped via USPS then an email needs to be sent to brokebcustoms2024@gmail.com before the customer places the order! This allows for the customer to have proper shipping costs given to them prior to the purchase, as well as allows us to ensure that the shipping service will ship the customers item!
